Conceptualization

Just picture if you will a small ember of an idea for a story concept – this would mark the genesis of conceptualization; it’s akin to meeting your future characters and getting acquainted with what they aspire towards as well as those things which terrify them to their core…

The very essence of who these people are. Then, there is also something about creating conflict in stories because let’s face it – no good tale exists unless there’s some sort of adversity involved between parties who seek different ends even if they do not realize this until much later than sooner during their journeys through life…

Finally, you have to take all those pieces that appear to be disparate lines running amok and knit them together into an intricate tapestry of plots, incidents and character interactions so that everything makes sense.
