Exploring Themes is the fountainhead from which a narrative’s soul springs forth. It is discovering the underlying message behind your plot and characters. The starting point is to come up with primary concepts that are connected like for example affection, giving up one’s interests to save another person’s life or making sure there is fairness for all.
Once you have done that, include those things discretely in your script, varying your language, ideas or images used. Themes are not meant to be instructional but are supposed to evoke feelings naturally. Some stories may depict significance of family bonds using characters. Possibly resilience can be seen in the trials of your main character.
Significant subjects connect with viewers and make people think at the same time leaving an indelible effect. Therefore, dig deeper into thematic exploration as this is what can change your script from just being a way of entertaining people into an art form.
